We haven't been seeing eye-to-eye, lately. And I doubt we ever will.
Somehow, consequences always escape him, while I face those caused by him every day.

But that is my experience. Yours may be forged under better circumstances.

[ Naturally Thancred is curious to know more, to understand just what Stephen had done to bring Wanda such harm, but she's already told her plenty. And he could ask the man directly. It's something to think about. ]

[and that is enough for wanda, to know that her honesty is appreciated and not seen as biased or meant to tarnish anyone's reputation. stephen has his crowd, and so does wanda; it's only a bit of a shame that they share some mutual acquaintances. she isn't petty enough to rupture his friendships, though.
